Campaign Activation Intern

Position Overview
The Campaign Activation Intern supports community-facing campaign execution across client projects, with a strong emphasis on outreach activations, event logistics, and on-the-ground coordination. This role is designed for someone who wants hands-on experience in campaign execution, field marketing, brand activations, outreach support, and real-world coordination across fast-moving projects.

This is a strong stepping stone for students and early-career professionals interested in roles such as Brand Activation Coordinator, Campaign Coordinator, Event Marketing Coordinator, or Community Engagement Coordinator.

What You’ll Do
Responsibilities may include:

  • Support campaign activations, outreach events, and community-facing experiences

  • Assist with event preparation, setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination

  • Help manage materials, inventory, signage, swag, and activation assets

  • Support outreach lists, partner tracking, event schedules, and logistics documents

  • Assist with staffing coordination and operational checklists

  • Capture organized notes, observations, and key takeaways from activations

  • Help track engagement metrics, attendance details, and post-event reporting inputs

  • Support general campaign coordination needs tied to outreach and activation work

This role aligns especially well with current campaign work that includes multiple Texas-based activations, event support, setup and coordination, and engagement tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in marketing, public relations, advertising, communications, events, or related fields

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Comfort with spreadsheets, shared docs, and project tracking tools

  • Ability to adapt when plans shift

  • Prior event, volunteer, campus organization, or outreach experience is a plus

  • Access to transportation is a plus, depending on activation needs

Hours, Schedule, and Work Format
This is a summer internship with an expected schedule of generally 12–18 hours per week, with occasional heavier weeks depending on event schedules, campaign activity, and client needs. There may also be an opportunity to begin earlier depending on availability and fit for the role.

The internship will be partially remote and partially in person, depending on event needs, campaign activities, and team meetings.

Compensation
$16–$19/hour, depending on experience, availability, and fit for the role.
